NL Raid was built to address our rostering issues that we had for our guild No Life. I was so frustrated from having to handle signups on our forums that I built this solution. Manage Alts
NL Raid also supports handling character alts for your users. Users and admins can set the default character the player would like to sign up with as well. If a player has five characters they like to raid with only one user is needed to manage them.
Sync with Armory
Why waste your time importing all of your users by hand when you can sync your account with Blizzard's armory. You can even manage character alts in the sync tool! When planning your roster you can also fetch the latest talent builds for characters as well, eg: 2/48/11.

Search via character, loot, boss, or events. Compare current points with other players. Add adjustments to individual characters.
